What’s Buy Panel Storet’s Return & Refund Policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. For digital products (including PLR, MRR, RR downloads), returns are generally not permitted once files are accessed, downloaded, or delivered. If you receive a corrupted file or cannot access your purchase, we will provide a new download link or a replacement file.
Return Policy Exceptions
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed, except in cases of file defect or delivery failure.
Return & Refund Process
Step 1 — Notify Us
Email : support@buypanelstore.com with your order number, product name, and a short description.
Step 2 — Ship It Back (Physical Items Only)
Not applicable to digital downloads. If an eligible physical item applies, we’ll send an RMA and return address. You cover shipping costs and risk; use a trackable service.
Step 3 — Inspection & Refund/Replacement
After we verify eligibility, we issue a refund to the original method or provide a replacement via new download link.
